10/10. I recently moved into a new house and needed new gutters as the previous owners have had several repairs in the past and in some places it...10/10. I recently moved into a new house and needed new gutters as the previous owners have had several repairs in the past and in some places it was unsightly where mastic has been used but when it rained it was leaking so bad it was like a tap had been turned on. Down my back wall and onto my decking. At first I thought the gutters just needed cleaning out as there was moss falling out of them Went on check a trade and William was one of the first to offer to come and take a look. He was very polite listened to what I said he took a look both back and front and gave me 2 options to clear gutters and try and repair again or to have all new Guttering. I did not find him to be pushy at all. He explained to me not only did I have a problem where it been repaired also all the felt that goes under the tiles and down into the Guttering to stop water going down the walls between the house and guttering it had all perished away. So that also needed replacing. He gave me a price and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. After leaving he sent me a full written quote through to my email in which we excepted. I was once again surprised as to how quick he could do the work for us. With in a week. Today the work was done by 2 men that work for will, I’ve never come across such polite men and very pleasant and approachable. They worked extremely hard and in the time they were here they never stopped from start to finish. And on completion they cleared away there mess even swept all my front driveway down of any moss that came off roof and swept all my back decking area clean. And took away all old guttering. Will then turned up after the work has been finished and handed me my written certificate with a 10 year guarantee. We was so happy with that. Which was given in a nice versatile roofing solutions folder. I am so very happy with the finished outcome and I would highly recommend Will and his team to any one who need’s any work done Thank you so much will.

Had a leak in my chimney had William from versatile come out once taking a look William found the problem told me very clearly what needed to be done when...Had a leak in my chimney had William from versatile come out once taking a look William found the problem told me very clearly what needed to be done when the team from versatile arrived they very good at getting the problem sorted don’t seem to have any more issues they did a really good job William gave me photograh evidence of the work being done to reassure me as I was ripped of by previous contractor Will be using this company again in the near future for a new roof
